Teach Me Tuesday - Prima Lyric Layout

Hello MBT Fans,
It's Tuesday and you know what that means here at MB's Treasurista, that's right! Another Teach Me Tuesday Tutorial. There are so many ways to create beautiful layouts. With so many options, it might be hard to decide exactly what to make but we have a new one you may want to try from Rochelle Wilson (Madame Ro). She even has a start to finish at the end of this post, so take a look, some cool techniques!!!

Here is what Rochelle has to say:

Hello Beautiful Crafty People!
I would like to share with you my Layout that I did. BUT it's not your typical layout on canvas, chipboard, or designer paper. This layout is on a mirror... YES you read right, a mirror!. Ever since Miranda did a Ustream class creating on a piece of glass, I wanted to take it up a notch and create something on a mirror. So I pulled out my Prima Lyric papers/chipboard pieces, my favorite black laces, beautiful Petaloo flowers and created an amazing piece of art. I really wanted the photo to be transparent so that it would be obvious that there was a mirror behind it, so I printed the image on transparency paper. I love the effect it creates when looking at the image... it's very reflective. (I couldn't quite capture it on camera, but in person it looks pretty cool). I created this layout for my mom for Mother's Day and she was very impressed with it, she loves decorative mirrors so this project was very fitting. This is by far one of my favorite layouts that I've done to date, and I will definitely be creating more projects using mirrors. The good news is that I recorded every minute of me creating it and I wanted to share it with you. I hope that it inspires you and gets your creative juices flowing.

Happy Viewing!
