Sweet N' Bold DIY Decor

Hello again, MBT fans!

Welcome to the blog this lovely Thursday. Up today are two fantastic projects by Deb Edwards, and Sara McDowall. While each of their projects are very different from each other, they offer us some amazing techniques. And, lucky for us we get the first look at all the amazing details the girls put into their projects.

First up is Deb's beautiful Altered Tim Holtz Clock. This clock is filled with tons of texture and soft flowing colors. I'd say that all the details are simply exquisite. Now lets see what she has to say.

Thank you I had so much fun creating this Altered Clock. The original color was a silver, so what I did was I used my molding paste and covered the whole clock with the paste and then sprayed with Lindys. Let that dry and now the real fun begins with decorating using tons MB's Treasurista's embellishments. Hope ya'll like it.

Now lets feast our eyes on a Mixed Media Canvas Sara created using various MB's Treasurista products. We love the way she blended the bold colors with all that texture, giving it a rustic spring feeling. And although they are deeper, rich colors, this does remind me that spring is just around the corner, and i can't wait. We have a special treat too, a video tutorial for this beautiful work of art.
